一、滨海新区科技创新现状十多年来,滨海新区通过扩大对外开放,努力构建区域科技创新体系,科技创新取得一定成效。截至2007年底,新区高新技术产业产值占工业总产值的比重达到47%,研发投入占生产总值的比重达到2.2%;国家级和省部级研发中心达33家,企业技术开发中心达70家,外商投资研发中心达41家;博士后工作站达52家,风险投资机构达9家;国家级、省部级科技企业孵化器达15家,孵化面积达68万平方米。
I. Status of Scientific and Technological Innovation in Binhai New Area For more than a decade, Binhai New Area has endeavored to build a regional science and technology innovation system by expanding opening up and made some achievements in scientific and technological innovation. As of the end of 2007, the output value of high-tech industries in the New Area accounted for 47% of the total industrial output value, research and development investment accounted for 2.2% of the total output value, 33 state-level and provincial-level R & D centers and 70 enterprise technology development centers , 41 foreign-invested R & D centers, 52 post-doctoral workstations and 9 venture capital institutions, and 15 incubators for national, provincial and ministerial-level science and technology enterprises with an incubation area of 680,000 square meters.
