随着新课改的实施,小组合作学习模式被广泛应用到高中化学教学中。但小组合作学习模式运用中并非一帆风顺,其中存在着一些问题,如:分组不科学、学生分工和责任不明晰、教师指导不到位或方法不当;课堂上小组合作时时间分配不合理、成效不高;教师评价有失科学性、学生参与的积极性不高等。为此笔者探讨了解决这个问题的对策,主要从分组、明确责任;结合学生实际实现教学目标和重视反思,完善教学几个方面进行了探讨。
With the implementation of the new curriculum reform, the group cooperative learning mode is widely applied to high school chemistry teaching. However, there are some problems in the application of the group cooperative learning model, such as unscientific grouping, unclear student responsibilities and responsibilities, inadequate guidance of teachers and improper methods. In the classroom, the time allocation of group cooperation is not reasonable and the effect is not high ; Teacher evaluation is not scientific, student participation enthusiasm is not high. To this end, I discussed the solution to this problem, mainly from the group, a clear responsibility; combined with the actual realization of teaching objectives and students focus on reflection, improve the teaching of several aspects were discussed.
