勃起障碍性阳萎通常由患者本人在阴茎海绵体内注射罂粟碱(Papaverine)可取得良好效果,但其缺点是可能引起阴茎勃起时间过长。这种情况常与剂量过大有关。如果阴茎勃起超过6小时,病人应到医院引流减压,有时还需加用间羟胺(Mctaraminol)阴茎海绵体内注射。本文介绍一例两次阴茎异常勃起的患者。勃起时间分别持续8及4小时。进行快速而强有力的踏车运动后,充血的阴茎在5分钟内恢复正常,此后将罂粟碱量山30mg减至15mg,未再发生阴茎异常勃
Erectile dysfunction is usually achieved by the patient himself administering Papaverine in the penis, but has the disadvantage that it may cause excessive penile erection. This situation is often associated with overdose.
