建筑工程质量管理是提高建筑产品质量的保证。国内外许多企业均很早开展了质量管理工作,建立了全面质量管理体系。施工阶段是建筑工程形成实体的关键阶段,是工程项目质量形成的关键阶段,同时也是工程项目质量形成的可视化程度最高的阶段,因此该阶段的质量管理工作尤为重要。本文详细分析了我国建筑工程施工阶段管理中存的问题和不足,并提出了有效的提高安全生产管理水平的方法和建议性措施。对我国建筑行业的施工管理水平的改善有着重要的意义。
Construction quality management is to improve the quality of construction products guarantee. Many enterprises at home and abroad have carried out quality management very early and established a total quality management system. The construction phase is the key phase of the entity forming the construction project. It is the key stage of the project quality formation and also the stage of the visualization of the project quality. Therefore, the quality management work at this stage is especially important. This paper analyzes in detail the problems and shortcomings in the construction management of construction projects in our country and puts forward the effective methods and suggestions to improve the safety management level. It is of great significance to the improvement of construction management in China’s construction industry.
