近年来,山东省公安机关在改革刑侦工作体制、优化破案运行机制等方面进行了积极探索,取得了一定的成效。1997年年初,厅党委提出了“全面推进发展,重点有所突破”的全省公安工作总体思路,更加明确地把刑侦工作作为全省公安工作加强的重点,要求实行重点突破。特别是全国刑事侦查工作会议以后,山东省改革和加强刑侦工作的力度进一步加大。目前,已取得了重大进展,初步建立起打击刑事犯罪的新格局。
In recent years, the public security organs in Shandong Province have made active explorations in the aspects of reforming the criminal investigation system and optimizing the operating mechanism for solving crimes, and have achieved some success. At the beginning of 1997, the party committee of the Office put forward a general plan for public security work in the province that “comprehensively promoted development with a focus on breakthroughs” and made it clearer that criminal investigation work should be the key point for strengthening police work in the whole province and required major breakthroughs. In particular, after the national criminal investigation conference, the efforts of Shandong Province in reforming and strengthening criminal investigation work have been further intensified. At present, significant progress has been made and a new pattern of cracking down on criminal offenses has been initially established.
