品种来源:陕西省蔬菜研究所用黑小72213×黑732723配制的杂交种。1989年通过陕西省农作物品种审定委员会审定。 成果发明人:陕西省蔬菜研究所 于正荣 特征特性:株高28厘米,株幅61厘米。叶色灰绿,蜡粉较多。叶球扁圆形,单球重2~3公斤。在陕西西安市定植后85~90天收获。耐热,抗病性强。宜作秋甘蓝栽培,并可多茬种植。产量受栽培季节影响,晚夏栽培产量3000~3500公斤,秋季栽培可达6000公斤。 品质:叶球质地脆嫩,风味品质佳,100克鲜菜中含粗蛋白1.369克,纤维素8.86克,可溶性糖3.567克。

Xi’an, Shaanxi, 85 to 90 days after planting harvested. Heat-resistant, disease-resistant and strong. Suitable autumn cabbage cultivation, and can be planted more crops. Yield by the cultivation season, late summer cultivation yield 3000 ~ 3500 kg, autumn cultivation up to 6000 kg. Quality: crisp leaf texture, good flavor and quality, 100 grams of fresh vegetables containing 1.369 grams of crude protein, cellulose 8.86 grams, 3.567 grams of soluble sugar.
