新课程改革的一个重要目标就是实现高效课堂。课堂高效的问题,研究及论述颇多,但有个基本的描述,即:以尽可能少的时间、精力和物力投入,取得尽可能好的教学效果。尽可能好的教学效果可以从以下两个方面来体现:一是效率的最大化,也就是在单位时间内学生的受益量。主要表现在课堂容量、课内外学业负担等。二是效益的最优化,也就是学生受教育教学影响的积极程度。主要表现在兴趣培养、习惯养成、学习能力、思维能力与品质等诸多方面。要想达到上述两方面的效果,教师应发挥其“导演”能力,让学生成为课堂的“主体”。
