目的:探讨CT、MRI与DSA对颅内海绵状血管瘤的定性、定位的诊断价值。材料和方法:收集了经手术病理证实的26例颅内海绵状血管瘤的CT、MRI和DSA的影像特点。结果:CT对26例颅内海绵状血管瘤均做出了100%的准确定位,而定性准确率为7.4%。MRI对兀例患者均100%准确定性、定位。DSA定位准确率为38.4%,定性准确率为0%。结论:MRI对颅内海绵状血管瘤诊断价值优于CT和DSA。
Objective: To investigate the diagnostic value of CT, MRI and DSA in the diagnosis and localization of intracranial cavernous hemangiomas. Materials and Methods: The CT, MRI and DSA features of 26 cases of intracranial cavernous hemangiomas confirmed by surgery and pathology were collected. Results: All of 26 cases of intracranial cavernous hemangiomas were accurately located by CT with the accuracy rate of 7.4%. MRI of Wu patients were 100% accurate qualitative positioning. DSA positioning accuracy of 38.4%, qualitative accuracy of 0%. Conclusion: MRI is superior to CT and DSA in the diagnosis of intracranial cavernous hemangiomas.
