在十届全国人大五次会议上,将垄断行业员工的高收入问题列入了《关于2006年国民经济和社会发展计划执行情况与2007年国民经济和社会发展计划草案的报告》之中,垄断行业高收入的治理与改革已成为亟待解决的理论与现实问题。
At the Fifth Session of the Tenth National People's Congress, monopoly industries were included in the “Report on the Implementation of the Plan for National Economic and Social Development in 2006 and the Draft Plan for National Economic and Social Development in 2007” The management and reform of high income in the industry have become the theoretical and practical problems to be solved urgently.
