我国首次海冰航空遥感试验于1985年2月1日至17日在渤海的辽东湾和渤海湾进行。这次航空遥感试验是由国家海洋局调查指挥司下达给海洋环境预报中心和海洋技术研究所,共同负责组织实施的。共有六个单位的27人参加。我国渤海每年冬季都有不同程度的海水结冰现象发生。海上冰情严重时,会使海洋工程、石油开发、交通运输和军事活动等受到很大影响。尤其在冰情特别严重的年度,曾出现过港湾封冻、交通中断、海上作业停顿以及建物被摧毁等严重事故。因此,进行海冰观测,获取海上冰情资料具有重要意义。
China’s first sea ice aviation remote sensing experiment was conducted on February 1 to February 17, 1985 in Liaodong Bay and Bohai Bay in the Bohai Sea. This remote sensing test of aviation was issued by the State Oceanographic Administration Investigation and Commanding Division to the Marine Environment Prediction Center and the Marine Technology Research Institute and was jointly responsible for the organization and implementation. A total of 27 people from six units participated. The winter ice in China’s Bohai Sea has varying degrees of sea ice. Severe ice on the sea can have a significant impact on marine engineering, oil development, transport and military activities. Particularly in the particularly severe year of ice conditions, there have been serious incidents such as harbor freezing, traffic interruptions, stalled offshore operations and the destruction of buildings. Therefore, it is of great significance to carry out sea ice observation to obtain the data of sea ice.
