适应经济社会发展新形势,加强和创新社会管理,是当前和今后一个时期政法机关的重点工作。检察机关作为政法机关的重要组成部分,作为我国宪法规定的法律监督机关,如何在立足检察职能,履行法律监督职能的基础上积极融入“党委领导、政府负责、社会协同、公众参与”的社会管理新格局,为人民检察事业作出新的贡献,是摆在检察机关面前的一个重大课题。
To adapt to the new situation in economic and social development and to step up and innovate social management are the major tasks of the political and legal organs at present and in the coming period. As an important component part of the political and legal organs, the procuratorial organ, as the legal supervisory authority stipulated in our Constitution, actively integrates “leadership by the party committees, government responsibility, social coordination and public participation” based on the procuratorial functions and the legal supervision functions. The new pattern of social management and making new contributions to procuratorial work of the people are a major issue before the procuratorial organs.
