本文介绍了用于分析复杂结构窄螺槽等温非牛顿聚合物熔体流动的数值法。用该方法分析了电缆挤塑直角机头中的流量、计算了体积流量场,证明熔体厚度分布极不均匀。推荐了一些改进的螺槽几何结构,并计算了这些螺槽中的体积流率。文章认为;其中有一种螺槽是改良的螺槽结构,可以使挤出的绝缘厚度十分均匀。
This paper presents a numerical method for the analysis of isothermal non-Newtonian polymer melt flow in a narrow slot of a complex structure. With this method, the flow rate in the cable extruder was analyzed, and the volume flow field was calculated to prove that the melt thickness distribution was extremely uneven. Some improved slot geometries are recommended and the volumetric flow rates in these slots are calculated. The article holds that one type of screw groove is a modified screw groove structure, which can make the thickness of the extruded insulation very uniform.
