(中共中央、國務院關於制止農村入口盲目外流的指示,省人民委員会不另轉發,希即遵照執行。——甘肅省人民委員会)去冬今春曾有大量农村人口盲目流入城市,虽经各地分别劝阻和遣送返挪,但是还没有能够根本制止。
