我国已形成以经济适用房、限价房、廉租房和公租房为主体的住房保障体系,但从各类方式的比较以及现实的发展情况来看,住房保障方式的改革十分必要。即经适房最好考虑区域经济差异的影响,限价房应予取消,廉租房要进一步明确适宜的补贴方式,而公共租赁房的资金问题亟待得到有效解决。
China has formed a housing security system based on affordable housing, limited-price housing, low-rent housing and public rental housing. However, the comparison of various forms and the actual development shows that it is necessary to reform the housing security system. That is, it is best to consider the influence of regional economic disparity in the fitness room, the limit room should be canceled, and the low-rent room should be further specified appropriate subsidies, and the public rental housing funds need to be effectively addressed.
