[目的]探讨普通高校男性国防生吸烟行为的影响因素。[方法]对兰州某校360名男性国防生的吸烟状况进行问卷调查,获有效问卷314份,有效回收率为91.2%。采用SPSS11.5软件进行统计分析。[结果]男性国防生平均年龄(21.13±1.26)岁,尝试吸烟率为78.66%,现吸烟率33.76%;吸烟成瘾率10.19%,吸烟量以每天2~4支为主。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,同学朋友吸烟(OR=3.642)、聚会(OR=2.558)、月生活费用(OR=3.071)等为吸烟行为的影响因素。[结论]大学阶段是学生吸烟成瘾的主要时期,吸烟的主要原因是应酬和情绪低落,影响因素是多方面的。控制国防生吸烟要从周围人群、个人态度和生活费用等多方面着手。
[Objective] To explore the influencing factors of smoking behavior among national defense students in colleges and universities. [Method] A questionnaire survey on the smoking status of 360 male national defense students in a certain school in Lanzhou was conducted. There were 314 valid questionnaires with the effective recovery rate of 91.2%. Using SPSS11.5 software for statistical analysis. [Results] The average age of male national defense students (21.13 ± 1.26) years old, smoking prevalence rate of 78.66%, the current smoking rate of 33.76%; smoking addiction rate of 10.19%, the amount of smoking to 2 to 4 days per day. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that smoking and behavior were influenced by classmates and friends smoking (OR = 3.642), gathering (OR = 2.558) and monthly living expenses (OR = 3.071). [Conclusion] The university stage is the main period of students’ addiction to smoking. The main reason of smoking is social entertainment and depression, the influencing factors are many. Control national defense smoking from the crowd around, personal attitude and cost of living and other aspects.
