针对房地产价格是否应纳入CPI这一热点问题,本文选取2000年至2009年房屋销售价格指数(HPI)和居民消费价格指数(CPI)季度同比数据对HPI与CPI之间的关系进行实证分析。结果表明,HPI与CPI之间存在长期稳定的协整关系和Granger因果关系,房价的上涨对物价水平的上升起到了一定的推动作用,将房地产价格纳入到CPI指标体系中有利于进一步完善我国的物价指标体系。
In view of whether the real estate price should be included in the CPI hot topic, this paper selects the year 2000 to 2009 housing sales price index (HPI) and consumer price index (CPI) quarterly data on the relationship between HPI and CPI empirical analysis. The results show that there is a long-term and stable co-integration relationship and Granger causality between HPI and CPI. The rise of house prices has played a certain role in promoting the rise of the price level. The integration of real estate prices into the index system of CPI is conducive to further improving China’s Price index system.
