针对浦钢连铸设备,运用二冷过程动态分析软件对16Mn钢连铸坯的温度场、鼓肚变形以及应变状况进行仿真计算和分析。结果表明,目前的二冷制度不甚合理,易产生内裂纹等质量缺陷。
Aiming at the Pudong continuous casting equipment, the temperature field, bulging deformation and strain of 16Mn steel slab are simulated and analyzed by the second-cooling dynamic analysis software. The results show that the current second cooling system is not reasonable, easy to produce quality defects such as internal cracks.
