电子工业部和中国电子学会正组织编写“电子工业生产技术手册”。该手册将反映我国电子工业生产技术实践经验以及经济发达国家在七十年代或八十年代初已经普遍采用的适合我国需要的、先进的生产技术。“手册”包括通用工艺、电子元件、电真空器件、半导体及集成电路四个部分和有关的特殊工艺,还包括材料应用、测试方法及专用设备和工具等。其中电子元件分册包括有激光和红外器件、晶体、光学元件和光学薄膜。预计,该手册将于1984年年底定稿。1985年初陆续出版。又讯:元件分册激光、红外分篇编写大纲讨论会于1983年3月上旬在北京举行。13个单位25名代表就章
The Ministry of Electronics Industry and the Chinese Institute of Electronics are organizing the preparation of “Handbook of Electronic Industry Production Technology.” The handbook will reflect the practical experience of China's electronics industry in production technology as well as the advanced production technologies that have been universally adopted by economically developed countries in the 1970s or early 1980s that are suitable for our country's needs. The “Manual” includes general processes, electronic components, electric vacuum devices, semiconductor and integrated circuits and the four parts of the special process, including material applications, test methods and special equipment and tools. The Electronic Components Volume includes laser and infrared devices, crystals, optical components and optical films. The manual is expected to be finalized by the end of 1984.
