目的动态监测脑胶质瘤患者术前及术后不同时期血清中MMP-2的含量,结合同期影像学检查,为临床对脑胶质瘤患者适时选择适当的治疗方案提供依据。方法选取30例经病理证实的脑胶质瘤患者,按kernohan分类法,Ⅰ-Ⅱ级10例,Ⅲ级10例,Ⅳ级10例。检测各分级患者术前,术后3、6、12个月的血清中MMP-2的含量,比较各分级患者术前血清MMP-2含量差异以及术后复发与否患者血清MMP-2含量的变化。结果低级别脑胶质瘤较高级别脑胶质瘤血清中MMP-2的表达明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。术后12个月复查MRI,Ⅳ级患者有7例复发,复发者血清MMP-2表达较未复发有明显升高(P<0.01)。结论血清中MMP-2的含量与脑胶质瘤的恶性程度及复发密切相关。
Objective To dynamically monitor the serum levels of MMP-2 in patients with glioma at different stages before and after surgery, and to provide a basis for timely and appropriate clinical treatment of patients with glioma by combining the imaging examination of the same period. Methods Thirty patients with pathologically confirmed gliomas were enrolled. According to the kernohan classification, 10 cases were grade Ⅰ-Ⅱ, 10 cases were grade Ⅲ and 10 cases were grade Ⅳ. The serum levels of MMP-2 in preoperative and postoperative 3, 6 and 12 months were detected. The preoperative serum levels of MMP-2 in patients with different grades were compared, and the serum levels of MMP-2 Variety. Results The expression of MMP-2 in glioma of low-grade gliomas was significantly lower than that in gliomas of high-grade gliomas (P <0.001). MRI was rechecked 12 months after operation, and 7 patients relapsed in grade Ⅳ. Serum MMP-2 expression was significantly higher in relapsed patients than in non-relapsed patients (P <0.01). Conclusion Serum MMP-2 levels are closely related to the malignant degree and recurrence of gliomas.
