目的皱纹盘鲍雄性、雌性性腺中富含的脂质成分进行对比研究。方法基于脂肪酸的存在形态,运用不同的化学衍生和GC/MS分析其脂肪酸组成和含量;用总磷脂钼蓝比色法测定其磷脂含量。结果在皱纹盘鲍雄性性腺中检测出脂肪酸47种,而在皱纹盘鲍雌性性腺中检测出41种,皱纹盘鲍雄性、雌性性腺中PU-FA主要是以AA和EPA为主,且含有一定量的单不饱和脂肪酸,其中雄性、雌性中C18∶1Δ9均在10%以上,不同的化学衍生法得到的结果有显著差异,表明其中脂肪酸的分子形态具有多样性;通过钼蓝比色法可知皱纹盘鲍性腺中磷脂含量较高,均在3%以上。结论皱纹盘鲍性腺具有再利用的价值,提高其附加值,增加经济收益。
Objective To compare the lipid components rich in male and female gonads of Haliotis discus hannai. Methods Based on the existing forms of fatty acids, the fatty acid composition and content of fatty acids were analyzed by different chemical derivatization and GC / MS. The phospholipid content was determined by total phospholipid molybdenum blue colorimetry. Results Forty-seven fatty acids were detected in male gonads of Abalone Haliotis discus hannai, while 41 were detected in female gonads of Haliotis discus hannai. PU-FA in males and females was mainly AA and EPA, Amount of monounsaturated fatty acids, male and female C18: 1Δ9 are more than 10%, the results obtained by different chemical derivatization were significantly different, indicating that fatty acids in which the molecular morphological diversity; known by molybdenum blue colorimetry Abalone discus abalone phospholipids content is high, are more than 3%. Conclusion The abalone of Haliotis discuslandii has the value of reusing, increasing its added value and increasing the economic benefits.
