我国高职院校的学生活泼、好动,自制能力差。其中特困学生由于家庭环境原因,普遍出现信心不足,易受外界不良因素影响,较为胆怯,不能很好地适应独立自主生活等问题。如何引导他们认识自身,树立自信,是高职院校的教师应该不断锻炼的技能、长期钻研的课题。我们都发现,人们会不自觉地接受自己喜欢、钦佩、信任和崇拜的人的影响和暗示,这使人们能够接受智者的指导。而暗示在本质上,是人的情感和观念,会不同程度地受到别人下意识的影
The students in higher vocational colleges in our country are lively, active and poor in self-control.
