一、基本情况奋斗水库位于穆棱镇东南14.1公里的穆棱河干流上游,坝址以上流域面积1740平方公里。工程任务为以城镇供水为主,结合防洪,兼顾灌溉和发电等综合利用。水库枢纽工程属于大(Ⅱ)型水库2等工程,大坝工程按100年一遇。水库正常蓄水位382.00米,校核洪水位385.85米,总库容1.91亿立方米。电站装机容量4000千瓦。水库库区淹没土地16680亩,其中耕地11648.78亩,林地2324.69亩,其它2706.50亩。工程占地630.31亩,临时占地434.47亩,淹没涉及738户2636人。枢纽主要建筑物包括拦河坝、溢流坝、坝后式电站厂房、鱼道等工程。拦河坝采用碾压混凝土重力坝,坝
