针对奥氏体耐热钢气阀质量检测的问题，依据涡流检测原理，设计了奥氏体耐热钢气阀缺陷及硬度的涡流检测装置．通过测试试验，证明了该检测装置可望用于奥氏体耐热钢气阀缺陷及硬度的无损检测．
Aiming at the problem of the quality inspection of the austenitic heat-resistant steel valve, according to the eddy current testing principle, the eddy current testing device of the austenitic heat-resistant steel valve defect and hardness was designed. Through the test test, it is proved that the testing device is expected to be used for nondestructive testing of defects and hardness of austenitic heat-resistant steel valve.
