目的:进一步了解特发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)的免疫发病机理。方法:采用固相血小板免疫血清学试验,检验26例急性ITP的外周血抗血小板抗体;用APAAP法检验33例ITP的外周血T细胞亚群,同时测定19例健康儿童的外周血T细胞亚群。结果:急性ITP患儿的抗血小板抗体总阳性率为46.2%;CD3、CD4及CD4/CD8值明显下降(P<0.01),CD8明显升高(P<0.01),与对照组相比,差异有显著性。结论:急性ITP的发病机理与免疫紊乱密切相关。
Objective: To further understand the immune pathogenesis of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP). Methods: Peripheral blood anti-platelet antibodies of 26 patients with acute ITP were tested by solid phase platelet immune serological test. Peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets of 33 ITP patients were detected by APAAP method. T lymphocyte subsets of 19 healthy children group. Results: The total positive rate of antiplatelet antibody in children with acute ITP was 46.2%, the levels of CD3, CD4 and CD4 / CD8 were significantly decreased (P <0.01) and CD8 was significantly increased (P <0.01) Compared with the control group, the difference was significant. Conclusion: The pathogenesis of acute ITP is closely related to immune disorders.
