目的 探讨准分子激光光学屈光性角膜切削术 (PRK)手术过程中 ,激光发射时的冲击力等对视网膜及视神经的影响。方法 随机抽取在我院行PRK手术者 3 8人 ,76眼 ,术前 3天内及术后第 3天行P VEP检查 ,对比两者P10 0 的波幅及潜伏时的变化。结果 手术后P10 0 的波幅较前明显提高 (P <0 .0 1) ,而潜伏时无差异 (P >0 .1)。结论 从P VEP的角度看 ,PRK对视网膜及视神经无任何损害。
Objective To investigate the effects of laser shock on the retina and optic nerve during laser photorefractive keratectomy (PRK). Methods A total of 38 patients undergoing PRK surgery in our hospital were enrolled in this study. P VEP was examined within 3 days before surgery and on the third day after surgery. The amplitude and latency of P10 0 were compared between the two groups. Results The amplitude of P10 0 after operation was significantly higher than that before (P <0.01), but no difference during latency (P> 0.01). Conclusion From the perspective of P VEP, PRK had no damage to the retina and optic nerve.
