报道了阿片δ受体选择性不可逆拮抗剂ＦＩＴ（１）,ＳｕｐｅｒＦＩＴ（２）和ｃｉｓ-（±）-ＳｕｐｅｒＦＩＴ（３）的合成,并提出了一种通过酰仲胺与ＣＳ２在ＮａＯＨ／Ｋ２ＣＯ３／ＭｅＣＮ体系中反应制备异硫氰基芬太尼类似物的合成新方法。
