以山梨酸、La(NO_3)_3,Al(NO_3)_3,Mg(NO_3)_2和Na OH为主要原料合成了山梨酸插层镁铝镧类水滑石(Mg Al La-SA LDHs),通过X射线衍射(XRD)、红外光谱(FT-IR)进行结构表征。采用刚果红法、热老化烘箱法、转矩流变法、电导率法等研究了山梨酸插层类水滑石及与季戊四醇、硬脂酸锌复合后添加到聚氯乙烯(PVC)的热稳定性能。结果表明:山梨酸插层类水滑石可有效地延长PVC热稳定时间,抑制初期着色,降低加工能耗,热降解活化能较纯PVC提高了6.59 k J·mol~(-1)。按质量份数1/4/1与季戊四醇、硬脂酸锌复合后,热降解活化能较复合前提高了13.96 k J·mol~(-1),热稳定效果更优。
The sorbic acid intercalated MgAl La-SA LDHs were synthesized with sorbic acid, La (NO_3) _3, Al (NO_3) _3, Mg (NO_3) _2 and NaOH as raw materials. The thermal stability of sorbic acid intercalated hydrotalcite and compounding with pentaerythritol and zinc stearate added to polyvinyl chloride (PVC) was studied by means of Congo red method, thermal aging oven method, torque rheology method and conductivity method. . The results showed that sorbic acid intercalated hydrotalcite can effectively prolong the thermal stability of PVC, inhibit the initial coloration and reduce the processing energy consumption, and the activation energy of thermal degradation increased by 6.59 kJ · mol -1 compared with pure PVC. According to the mass fraction of 1/4/1 and pentaerythritol and zinc stearate, the thermal degradation activation energy increased by 13.96 kJ · mol -1 before compounding, and the thermal stability was better.
