自1984年起我院对25例中、晚期上颌窦癌（T26例，T315例，T44例）病人采用三联（术前放疗；保留上颌骨的窦腔病变刮除术，窦腔内贴敷化疗；术后放疗及免疫治疗）综合治疗方法，随访3年，存活16例（64．0％），随访5年存活10例（40．0％），随访10年存活4例（16．0％）。认为此疗法较以往单纯手术或单纯放疗有一定优越性。
Since 1984, our hospital on 25 cases of advanced maxillary sinus cancer (T26 cases, T315 cases, T44 cases) patients with triple (preoperative radiotherapy; preserving maxillary sinus disease curettage, sinus cavity sticking chemotherapy (64.0%) were followed up for 5 years, 10 cases (40.0%) were followed up for 5 years and 4 cases (16.0% ). That this therapy than simple surgery or radiotherapy alone has some advantages.
