在多年的数学教学经历中,常常会遇到这样的学生:一开始不会做题,慢慢发展到不想做题,然后再发展到不想听课,不想上数学课,最后干脆就是逃避数学,认定自己学不好数学。面对这样的情形,笔者查阅了相关的资料,发现产生这种学习状况的内因是一种叫做“习得性无助”的心理,外因是学生无数次的数学失败积累出来的一种错误认知。根据积极心理学专家的理论分析认为,这是学生受困于一种固定的思维习惯导致的。这个观点
