《劳动法》第69条规定,“国家确定职业分类,对规定的职业制定职业技能际准,实行职业资格证书制度,由经过政府批准的考核鉴定机构负责对劳动者实施职业技能考核鉴定。”使我国建立和完善职业技能鉴定制度有了法的依据。劳动部制定了《职业技能鉴定规范》来具体规范这项工作的进行。那么,国家将对哪些职业进行鉴定以及采取什么形式进行鉴定等问题就日益为社会各界尤其是劳动者和企业所的关注。日前,记者带着这些问题采访了劳动部职业技能开发司鉴定处负责人赵伯雄。
