通过工程的运用实踐,认真总結勘测、設計、施工等方面的經驗教訓,是当前水利水电基本建設革命运动的一項重要内容。为此,本刊特辟这一专栏,欢迎有关部門多为本刊組織这方面的文章,以便及时交流,更快地提高今后水利水电建設工作的水平。本刊本期发表了“西大洋水庫溢洪道泄流能力偏小原因的初步分析”一文闹懈菔导使鄄庾柿?对西大洋水庫溢洪能力偏小的原因进行了初步分析,并对今后的設計工作提出了建議,值得有关設計同志研究,以便从中吸取經驗,改进今后設計工作。据了解,目前不少水利水电工程中也存在溢洪能力偏小的情况,因此,請有关部門重视这一問題,并认真总結这方面的經驗。
