我国世贸组织研究会会长薛荣久曾在中南海座谈会上说:“入世”符合江总书记“三个代表”的观点。首先,从关贸到世贸是科技发展的结果,它是先进生产力的代表;其次,世贸组织代表绝大多数人的利益;其三,世贸组织的开放、公平、竞争的文化是先进的,代表着市场经济的真谛。所有中国人都应该知道世贸组织是怎么回事,这样才能加强我们“入世”后的信心。记者独家采访了薛荣久教授。
