目的对胰腺癌裸鼠皮下瘤模型的两种建立方式进行比较。方法通过瘤块皮下移植法和直接皮下细胞注射法建立裸鼠胰腺癌皮下瘤模型,观察二者的接种阳性率、肿块生长速度、肿块可观察时间、肿块可供实验用时间、瘤体大小(以长径为标准)、肿瘤转移、浸润等情况。结果二者接种阳性率分别是100%、80%,可观察到肿瘤时间及可供实验(长径≥0.4 cm)时间分别是8 d、16 d及29 d、41 d;生长速度前者快于后者;瘤体4周长径分别是平均约(0.42±0.06)cm、(0.28±0.06)cm;6周分别是平均约(0.75±0.07)cm、(0.52±0.27)cm;均无转移瘤发生,皮肤浸润不明显。结论两种方法中前者生长速度前者快于后者,形成瘤体大小较一致,有利于后续实验。
Objective To compare the two methods of establishing pancreatic cancer subcutaneous tumor model in nude mice. Methods The model of pancreatic cancer in nude mice was established by subcutaneous transplantation of tumor mass and direct subcutaneous injection of cells.
