目的探讨阿霉素对膈肌的毒性作用。方法家兔随机分为对照组和阿霉素组,分别注射阿霉素和等量的生理盐水,24 h后测膈肌诱发电位(DEP),数据经 t检验。制作膈肌标本,电镜观察超微结构的变化。结果 ①阿霉素能显著降低膈肌诱发电位幅度,与对照组相比,P<0.01。②阿霉素可致膈肌细胞损伤,表现为肌小节Z线排列不整齐、紊乱,部分Z线模糊、消失,线粒体峭呈管状,空泡变性,见板层状结构。结论阿霉素对兔膈肌有毒性作用。
Objective To investigate the toxic effects of doxorubicin on diaphragm. Methods Rabbits were randomly divided into control group and doxorubicin group. Adriamycin and the same amount of normal saline were injected respectively. Diaphragm evoked potentials (DEP) were measured 24 h later. The data were analyzed by t test. Diaphragm specimens were made and ultrastructural changes were observed under electron microscope. Results ① Adriamycin significantly decreased the evoked potential of diaphragm, P <0.01 compared with the control group. ② doxorubicin can cause diaphragm muscle cell injury, manifested as irregular arrangement of Z line of muscle segment, disorder, part of the Z line fuzzy, disappear, mitochondrial cliff was tubular, vacuolar degeneration, see lamellar structure. Conclusion Adriamycin has a toxic effect on diaphragm in rabbits.
