患者高××,女,36岁。既往无重大躯体疾病,体格检查正常,辅助检查(一),诊断癔症性精神障碍。给予氯丙嗪系统治疗,当日量增至750mg,治疗 d15时,清晨患者由蹲着站起时突然倒地,自述头晕眼黑。查体:面部及四肢苍白,血压8.0/6.0kPa,脉搏96次/min,心律规整,考虑氯丙嗪所致体位性低血压。即停服氯丙嗪,静脉输液补充血容量,但病情不见好转,测血压为6.0/0kPa,考虑有出血情况。再次查体:触及左下腹有一拳头大小包块,下腹压痛明
