以韩杼滨部长为团长的中国铁路代表团一行6人于1994年6月14～17日在莫斯科出席了铁组第22届部长会议。中国铁路作为铁组的亚洲大路,一直本着发展欧亚国际铁路联运及促进科技进步与合作的宗旨参与铁组活动。本届铁组部长会议讨论了铁组1993年工作总结报告和铁组的12项议案。在讨论中,我国肯定了铁组一年来所做的工作,对铁组今后的工作提出了希望,并介绍了中国铁路为发展欧亚铁路联运所作的努力,支持在铁组范围内制定完善欧亚铁路联运纲要。
The 6-member Chinese railway delegation led by Minister Han Ju-Bin took part in the 22nd Ministerial Meeting of the OSJD Group in Moscow from June 14 to June 17, 1994. As the Asian Highway of the IRU, China Railway has been participating in the IRU activities for the purpose of developing the inter-Eurasian international rail transport and promoting scientific and technological progress and cooperation. This session of the OSJD Ministerial Meeting discussed the Group’s work summary report of 1993 and the Group’s 12 motions. During the discussion, our country affirmed the work done by the SLG over the past year, expressed its hope for the SLWG’s work in the future, introduced the efforts made by the China Railway for the development of the Eurasian railway transport and supported the formulation and improvement of the European Asian Railway Intermodal Outline.
