南水北调是国家一项合理开发和优化配置水资源的重大系统工程,是惠及广大人民群众的民心工程。但从实际情况来看,南水北调工程的调水水质一直面临着被污染的威胁,引起了相关部门的警惕。南水北调工程开始实施至今,在治污环保方面取得了一定进展,也遇到了一些问题,如何最终实现水质达标,保障南水北调沿线省市的环境安全,是需要关注的问题。
The South-to-North Water Diversion Project is a major systematic project for the rational development and optimization of water resources in the country and a popular project benefiting the broad masses of the people. However, from a practical point of view, the water quality of the diversion project of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project has always been threatened with pollution and aroused the vigilance of relevant departments. Since the implementation of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project, some progress has been made in pollution control and environmental protection. Some problems have also been encountered. How to ultimately achieve water quality standards and ensure the environmental safety of provinces and municipalities along the South-to-North Water Diversion Project is a matter of concern.
