WFD—Y_2型原子吸收分光光度计是简易型的,其测汞灵敏度为10微克/毫升,由于操作简便,价格低,不少单位仍用做微量分析。为了满足环保检测中的痕量分析,设计了一种简便的附加吸收管改装该仪器,使其能进行冷蒸气法测汞,灵敏度提高到8×10~(-5)微克/毫升。吸收管容易制作,装拆仅需3~5分钟。通过对头发、面粉、尿、煤及三废中汞的测定,证明改装后的仪器具有灵敏、可靠、快速的优点。
WFD-Y_2 atomic absorption spectrophotometer is a simple type, the mercury detection sensitivity of 10 micrograms / ml, due to simple operation, low prices, many units are still used for trace analysis. In order to meet the trace analysis in the environmental protection testing, a simple and convenient additional absorber was designed to retrofit the instrument so that it can measure the mercury by the cold vapor method with the sensitivity up to 8 × 10 -5 micrograms per milliliter. The absorption tube is easy to make and assemble and disassemble takes only 3 to 5 minutes. Through the determination of mercury in hair, flour, urine, coal and waste, the modified instrument proved to be sensitive, reliable and fast.
