死者,男,28岁、工人。生前患支气管哮喘3年,吸食海洛因1年。日吸量0.2g。死亡前1次吸入0.25g。法医鉴定为吸毒后死亡9小时。尸检发育正常,营养差,口唇及指〈趾〉端发绀。尸体解剖:硬脑膜凸凹不平,脑血管压迹明显,脑回变宽,脑沟变浅、脑实质未见损伤。心脏肥大、充血。病理报告:1.双肺慢性炎症。2.慢性心肌炎、心脏肥大。3.脑组织充血水肿,软脑膜纤维组织结节状增生、伴慢性炎症。4.胃及大肠粘膜慢性炎症,小肠上皮广泛坏死。5.肝细胞脂肪变性。毒物检验:胃内未检出常见实质性毒物。海洛因是吗啡的双乙酰基衍生物,易透过血脑屏障进入脑内,并迅速水解为单乙酰基吗啡及吗啡发挥作用,极易成瘾,其毒性是吗啡的2—3倍,致死量约0.2g。其作用主要是抑制呼吸、痛觉、咳
