“烂尾楼”的续建是个很重要的问题,机电安装工程又在其中起着非常关键的作用,甚至有可能影响到交房验收。由于烂尾楼的复工续建具有一定的特殊性,本文从业主方(开发商)现场机电管理人员的角度,阐述了对接管烂尾小区的机电安装工程的一些问题和经验做法。
“The construction of the uncompleted flats” is a very important issue, and the mechanical and electrical installation works play a very crucial role in it and may even affect the delivery and acceptance. Due to the particularity of restoration and reconstruction of the construction of the uncompleted flats, this paper elaborates some problems and experience of the mechanical and electrical installation of the completed flats in the perspective of the on-site mechanical and electrical management personnel of the owner (developer).
