在早熟三号大麦品种(Hordeum Vudgare L.)大田栽培群体中发现一个天然四倍体植株。镜检染色体数目2n=28。进行了植物形态与生长习性的初步观察和杂交试验。籽粒品质化验确认为高蛋白、高赖氨酸品系。提出了在栽培与育种中利用该品系的技术路线。
A natural tetraploid plant was found in field-grown populations of the early-maturing Hordeum Vudgare L. barley. Microscopy chromosome number 2n = 28. Plant morphology and growth habits of the initial observation and hybridization experiments. Grain quality testing confirmed as high-protein, high lysine lines. The technical route of using this line in cultivation and breeding is put forward.
