基于近距离煤层赋存特征与矿井生产技术条件的实际情况,通过对预防性注浆技术机理与应用特点的深入研究,在汝箕沟煤矿3#煤层首采工作面回采前对其上部与之相距较近、埋藏较浅、不易自燃、回采过程中发生过火灾的二2煤层采空区进行了预注浆。实践表明,对二2煤层采空区进行预防性注浆后,浮煤自燃析出气体中CO浓度一直保持在10×10-6以下,同时无其他自燃标志性气体产生,保障了3#煤层工作面的安全回采。该技术在矿井近距离煤层防灭火中的应用效果明显,可有效预防煤层自燃及已有火区复燃的发生与发展,对保障煤矿的安全生产有较强的实际意义。
Based on the actual situation of the occurrence characteristics of coal mine near coal seams and the technical conditions of mine production, through the deep research on the mechanism and application characteristics of preventive grouting technology, before the coal mining of No.3 seam of Rujigou coal mine, Proximal grouting was carried out in the two 2 coal seam mined-out areas that are close to each other, shallower in depth and are not prone to spontaneous combustion. Practice shows that CO concentration in the spontaneous combustion of floating coal has been kept below 10 × 10-6 after prophylactic grouting in the gob of No.22 coal seam with no other self-igniting signature gas to ensure the work of No.3 coal seam Face of the safe mining. This technique has obvious application effect in coal mine fire prevention and extinguishing at short distance, which can effectively prevent the spontaneous combustion of coal seam and the occurrence and development of re-ignition of existing fire area, and has strong practical significance for ensuring coal mine safety production.
