本文报道我院自1952～1977年收治的原发性输卵管癌91例的临床资料及远期随访结果,术前诊断率34.06％。在1959年报道6例原发性输卵管癌的资料的基础上,拟定了提高疗效改进的手术治疗方案,使1958～1973年58例原发性输卵管癌的五年存活率达43.10％。本文对病理形态进行了分析和讨论,介绍了改进的治疗方案,并强调必须作到早发现、早诊断和早治疗以提高疗效。
This article reports the clinical data and long-term follow-up results of 91 cases of primary fallopian tube carcinoma treated in our hospital from 1952 to 1977. The preoperative diagnosis rate was 34.06%. Based on the data of 6 cases of primary fallopian tube cancer reported in 1959, a surgical treatment plan with improved curative effect was drawn up, which made the five-year survival rate of 58 cases of primary fallopian tube cancer from 1958 to 1973 reach 43.10%. This paper analyzes and discusses the pathological morphology, introduces improved treatment options, and emphasizes the need for early detection, early diagnosis and early treatment to improve efficacy.
