21世纪是人才竞争的世纪,人才是企业利润的唯一源泉,谁拥有优秀的人才,谁就能获得更多的利润,求得更大的生存和发展空间。然而,我国中小企业由于自身条件的限制难以吸引优秀人才,从而影响了中小企业的发展。笔者认为采用人才租赁的方式,不失为中小企业吸引人才之有效途径。本文对中小企业吸引人才面临的困境、中小企业利用人才租赁的作用、中小企业采用人才租赁的程序和方式进行了阐述。
Twenty-first Century is the century of talent competition, talent is the only source of profit for enterprises, who have the best talent, who will be able to get more profits and seek greater survival and development. However, due to their own limitations, SMEs in China are difficult to attract talented people, thus affecting the development of SMEs. I believe that the use of talent leasing, after all, an effective way for SMEs to attract talent. This article expounds the dilemma faced by SMEs in attracting talent, the role of SMEs in utilizing them, and the procedures and methods for employing SMEs in SMEs.
