高职院校应充分发挥语文课堂教学这个培养和提高学生人文素养的最好的载体作用,加强学生人文素养的培养,进而促进其全面素质的提高。语文教学备课时就应注重学生人文素养的构建,在教学过程中要将学生人文素养教育贯穿始终,满足学生的职业文化需求,在课堂过程评价时还应促进学生人文素养的提高,作业布置要渗透对学生人文素养的培育。
