李瑞环同志在一次和全国职工思想政治工作研究会负责人谈话时指出:“做好新形势下的思想政治工作,要讲两句话,一句是坚持不懈,另一句是求实创新。”这就为新形势下做好思想政治工作指明了方向。我们在具体工作中有这样一些思路:
