基于深圳市新生代农民工的调查数据,本文检验了工作转换对于新生代农民工在城市劳动力市场上工资水平的影响。研究发现:处于次要劳动力市场上的新生代农民工,工作转换无助于提升他们的工资水平,工作转换次数越多,新生代农民工工资反而显著降低;而受教育程度、技能、工作经验等人力资本积累则能显著提升新生代农民工的工资水平;签订书面劳动合同对新生代农民工的工资水平有积极影响,不过依靠传统社会关系网络搜寻的方式却对他们工资水平的影响不显著。
Based on the survey data of the new generation migrant workers in Shenzhen City, this paper examines the impact of job transfer on wage levels of the new generation of migrant workers in the urban labor market. The study found that: the new generation of migrant workers in the secondary labor market, job conversion will not help to raise their wages, the more the number of job conversions, but significantly lower wages of new generation of migrant workers; and education, skills, work experience And other human capital accumulation can significantly improve the wage level of the new generation of migrant workers; signing a written labor contract has a positive impact on wage levels of the new generation of migrant workers, but relying on the traditional social network search method has no significant effect on their wage levels .
