目的 探讨 p2 7kip1、CyclinD1在卵巢癌发生方面的意义。方法应用免疫组织化学方法及半定量分析方法 ,检测 5 0例卵巢癌、 19例卵巢良性上皮肿瘤、13例正常卵巢组织中的 p2 7kip1和CyclinD1表达 ,并分析它们与良恶性肿瘤、病理学分级、临床分期的相关性。结果正常卵巢和卵巢良性肿瘤间 ,p2 7和CyclinD1的各自表达无明显差异 ;p2 7在正常卵巢组织和卵巢良性上皮肿瘤中高表达 ,在卵巢癌中表达降低 (P <0 0 5 ) ,且随着肿瘤分级、分期增高 (恶性程度增高 ) ,阳性表达率逐渐下降 ;而CyclinD1的表达则相反 ;两者在肿瘤中的表达呈负相关。结论 p2 7kip表达下降、CyclinD1过表达可能在卵巢癌的发生中起重要作用 ,检测 p2 7kip1、CyclinD1在卵巢癌中的表达可预测肿瘤生物学行为特征 ,可以作为判断预后的指标
Objective To investigate the significance of p27kip1 and CyclinD1 in ovarian cancer. Methods Immunohistochemistry and semi-quantitative analysis were used to detect the expression of p27kip1 and CyclinD1 in 50 cases of ovarian cancer, 19 cases of ovarian benign epithelial tumor and 13 cases of normal ovarian tissue, and their correlation with benign and malignant tumors, pathological grading , The relevance of clinical staging. Results There was no significant difference in the expression of p27 and CyclinD1 between normal ovary and benign ovarian tumors. The expression of p27 was high in normal ovarian tissues and benign epithelial ovarian tumors and decreased in ovarian cancer (P <0.05) The tumor grade, stage increased (increased degree of malignancy), the positive expression rate decreased gradually; while the expression of CyclinD1 was the opposite; the expression of the two in tumor was negatively correlated. Conclusions The expression of p27kip protein is downregulated and overexpression of CyclinD1 may play an important role in the development of ovarian cancer. The detection of the expression of p27kip1 and CyclinD1 in ovarian cancer can predict the biological behavior of the tumor, which can be used as an indicator of prognosis
