截至2010年10月底,黑龙江省电信行业累计完成投资56.8亿元,其中,3G投资11.2亿元。全省电信业务总量642.1亿元,同比增长21%;全省电信业务收入178亿元,同比增长7.5%。全省电话用户(含固定和移动电话用户)总数达到3061.4万户,环比减少12.5万户,环比下降0.4%。目前,全省电话普及率达到80部/百人,环比减少0.4个百分点,固定电话普及率达到21.7部/百人,移动电话普及率达到58.3/百人。
As of the end of October 2010, the telecommunications industry in Heilongjiang Province completed a total investment of 5.68 billion yuan, of which 3G investment was 1.12 billion yuan. The province’s telecommunications business totaled 64.21 billion yuan, an increase of 21%; the province’s telecommunications business revenue of 17.8 billion yuan, an increase of 7.5%.
