激光熔覆成形是一种能制作全致密金属零件的增材制造(3D打印)技术。激光熔覆成形薄壁件较传统工艺制造薄壁件有很大优势,特别是对于结构复杂的薄壁件。激光熔覆成形的薄壁件力学性能优异、组织致密。本文主要对激光熔覆成形薄壁件的成形原理以及工艺特点、工艺参数、粉末、成形方法等方面的研究进行了综述,并分析了发展趋势。
Laser Cladding is an additive manufacturing (3D printing) technology that makes all-metal dense parts. Laser cladding thin-walled parts of the thin-walled compared to the traditional manufacturing process has great advantages, especially for the structure of complex thin-walled parts. Laser cladding thin-walled parts with excellent mechanical properties and dense structure. In this paper, the forming principle, process characteristics, process parameters, powder, forming methods and other aspects of the laser cladding thin-walled parts are reviewed, and the development trend is analyzed.
